MISSION
CJKBA/Kalahi is a non-profit organization focused on youth development through basketball.

Our goals are:
1. To organize and manage basketball events to encourage physical development, camaraderie and sportsmanship.
2. To conduct basketball clinics or training camps for different age groups.
3. To actively participate in the annual NABA Basketball Tournament held in various locations in Canada and the United States.
4. To stimulate a general interest in Philippine culture through its Filipino-American members; to encourage participation from individuals in advancing Filipino cultural arts.

HISTORY
Established in Piscataway, NJ in 2003 in accordance with Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, CJKBA/Kalahi operates as a non-profit organization through contributions raised in fund-raising activities. Initially composed of a few adult members, and with the assistance and guidance of the Our Lady of Fatima Parish in Piscataway, Kalahi now has members in Youth (ages 10-16), Juniors (under 17 years old), Juveniles (under 21 years old) and Seniors (above 35 years old).
